<p data-start="0" data-end="12">Who you are:</p> <ul data-start="14" data-end="408"> <li data-section-id="pzy4z9" data-start="14" data-end="103"> A person with a passion for working with people and a strong commitment to healthcare </li> <li data-section-id="17ejvaj" data-start="104" data-end="193"> A team player with empathy in patient interactions and a high sense of responsibility </li> <li data-section-id="5g03w3" data-start="194" data-end="408"> Qualified as a registered nurse, nursing professional, or geriatric nurse – or holding a background as a medical assistant, paramedic, operating theatre assistant (OTA), or anaesthesia technical assistant (ATA) </li> </ul> <p data-start="410" data-end="616" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">Previous experience in dialysis is not required. Individualised onboarding and training will be provided based on your prior knowledge and needs, along with a willingness to learn and develop in this field.</p>
